    A new shortlisted property revealed every day.

    Ten finalists go live one at a time. Three agents appraise each home. The public guesses the uplift — closest guess wins a $100 Visa gift card.

    Winner announced & sale revealed

    Real results, published.

    One property is selected for the upgrade. The Hardie™ cladding gets installed and documented. The home is listed and sold — the actual sale price is published.

    Even if you don’t enter, you can play.

    Once finalists go live, you can guess each home’s uplift in dollars. Closest to the agent’s appraisal wins a $100 Visa gift card per property — ten properties, ten chances.
